Starting Whole 30

Yesterday August 9th i started Whole 30 . I didnt get the hangover feeling this morning that most say they experienced. I am worried about my self control and being able to do it for 30 days. The one thing that is pushing me is I weighed myself today and saw that I now weight 229 lb. This is the heaviest I have ever weighed. Even a few months ago when I was 226 I thought that was the heaviest I would ever get , but then I went down to 222... I know I have to be patient and let the program do its job . I just have to follow the rules . I can do this for 30 days. I can eat whatever I want for 4 days when I end this diet. Then i will return to a form of this diet, introducing dairy and some suagr in . No more of the days of snacking in front of the TV. I really want to loose 30 lb. Then that is when the real work starts at that point I need to start to work out. From there I want to loose 15-20 lb. I know this will not happen over night. Doing the Whole 30 will give me the structure to complete it and know that I can withhold from over eating.  I can do this, I can do this.
